Edgar Cayce Predictions
Edgar Cayce was an American mystic who is believed by his followers to have been a psychic and a seer in the mode of Nostradamus. He had an ability to enter into a trance-like state, and then start telling the people in his presence answers to certain questions they had. He supposedly predicted the world wars and the creation of Israel. He also predicted that in 1969, Atlantis would rise out of the sea and that there would be a third world war, originating in the Middle East and the islands north of Australia, likely meaning Indonesia. He also said that New York and most of the West coast would drop into the sea, and that the Great Lakes would drain into the Gulf of Mexico. He also said that there would be pole reversals in 2001. Basically, he believed that most of the world would drop into the ocean and that the new world would rise out of Russia in a form other than communism.
Most of what Cayce supported was the basis for the New Age Movement, and seemed to be in keeping with many Eastern Philosophies, though Cayce himself was a Christian. He had a tendency to talk about the existence of karma and reincarnation, though he did not necessarily believe in these things personally, according to some reports. It seems that he, in his trance state, said a lot of things that he did not remember after giving the talk, and that he believed he was "tapping into" some deeper spiritual world. This spiritual world then informed him of what was going on. He is supposed to have healed many hundreds of people during his years as a "psychic" healer, and adopted many holistic approaches to health care. In the healing aspect, he is more or less acknowledged as having been somewhat successful in actually helping people get better.
It is his predictions that have a little less weight. His prediction of World War II came in 1935, a mere 4 years before the war broke up, and when the war could've been predicted with relatively little intuition. A lot of what he said was predictions for things that did not happen in the period that he said they would. Edgar Cayce, it seems, was not necessarily a fraud so much as he was wrong, because it appears that most of his prophecies came out while he was trying to do his healing. Since Atlantis has not appeared, and since the poles did not switch in 2001, it would appear his prophecies were wrong. There are some who say that the discovery of the Bimini Road, a massive rock formation going into the ocean in the Bahamas was the discovery of Atlantis, though there's no proof it's anything but a rock formation. There are those who say the polar shift that he spoke of had more to do with September 11th, but this is pretty widely applicable. The problem is that most of these prophets, such as Nostradamus, had a tendency to speak in riddles, and these riddles allow themselves to remain open for interpretation as meaning certain events later in the years.
Hi Guy's, it's been over a year now since I've made any predictions. Since that time we've witnessed several tragic earth shattering earth quakes, tsunamis and major flooding.
Predictions for the coming months:
1) Gas will increase to $5 gal by 7-4-2011
2) Utility cost will dramaticly increase making it unaffordable. Companies will no longer grant extensions or allow payment arrangement to be granted.
3) Within the next 15 months drivers will question wether to travel using their own personal vehicles to access public roads due to fear of illegal stops and issuing traffic citations. This stops will be done in order to regulate more revenue for the city and local government.
4) The government will utilize popular entertainers to manipulate the minds of others through music and television.
5) Americans will start to live in fear after 9-11-11. (We will need to keep the Lord closer than ever after this date)
